Over the past few years, the anniversary celebration for each year ofWorld of Warcrafthas gotten more content. What was originally just a pet and a letter in your mailbox has become a full-fledged world event filled with world bosses, loot, and cosmetics. Of course, one of the most popular cosmetics that players will always go for are mounts.
There are plenty of mounts for players to obtain as part ofthe 20th Anniversary celebrationforWorld of Warcraft. In fact, some mounts that were previously unobtainable after their resptive events were over can now be obtained once again for a limited time. So if you want to add more mounts to your collection, here are all the ones you can get that are part of this milestone event.
Coldflame Tempest
The one mount that will take the most effort, for lack of a better term, would be the Coldflame Tempest mount. This large glowing bird mount is the newest edition in the line of exclusive anniversary mounts. Unlike the other mounts, Coldflame Tempest can only be obtained by completing the special 20th Anniversary meta-achievement known as “A Cool Twenty Years”.

How to Unlock
I Have That One!
Match one mount during Mount Mania. Depending on how many mounts you have, this may take some time to unlock as some of the mounts part of this activityare exceedingly rare.
Pet Mischief
Use a pet disguise to turn into one of your pets and then roam around the celebration area.
Peanut Gallery
React to Lorewalker Cho’s stories 50 times. You can typically get around seven to eight opportunities to react, so this achievement just takes time.
Vote during the Fashion Frenzy event.
Balloonist
Ride a balloon around the celebration area. Once you are on the balloon, stay on it until the achievement unlocks.
An Original
Kill one of the original world bosses scattered across Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms.
Complete the “Codex of Chromie” scenario.
Azure Worldchiller
Just like withthe 19th Anniversary, Azure Worldchiller is a drop off of Doomwalker in Tanaris. It doesn’t appear that the drop rate has been reduced, so you should get this mount on your first kill.
Core Hound
The Core Hound was once a reward for clearing the Level 100 version of Molten Core back during the 10th Anniversary. While the Core Hound has occasionally been obtainable via the Black Market Auction House, it can be purchased for 20 Bronze Celebration Tokens during this event.
So if you ever wanted the original Core Hound mount but didn’t want to deplete your gold reserves, this is the best time to get it.
If you already have the Core Hound mount, you will not see it listed for sale with Storekeeper Reginald.
Illidari Doomhawk
The Illidari Doomhawk was also once a mount that dropped from Doomwalker back during a previous anniversary event. This year, however, it can be purchased from Historian Ma’di for 5,000 Timewarped Badges.
Obsidian Worldbreaker
This highly coveted miniature Deathwing mount was a reward from the 15th Anniversary event. Like the Core Hound mount, the Obsidian Worldbreaker was occasionally available on the Black Market Auction House. It can be purchased from Storekeeper Reginald for 20 Bronze Celebration Tokens.
There is some information datamined from this patch that suggests that there is a special Burning Legion-themed motorcycle known as Incognitro, the Indecipherable Felcycle that will be a reward from the upcoming Guest Relations that starts later this month. If this ends up getting implemented, this guide will be updated with information on how to get this mount.
New Timewalking Mounts
While they are not technically part of the 20th Anniversary event, there are several new mounts that can be purchased from Timewalking vendors. They came out at the same time as the 20th Anniversary event, and that is why they are being included.
These three mounts are the Frayfeather Hippogryph, the Amani Hunting Bear, and the Enchanted Spellweave Carpet. The mount that will be available will rotate each week. For example, right now the Frayfeather Hippogryph can be purchased now for 5,000 Timewarped Badges. However, whenThe Burning CrusadeTimewalking is active on November 5th, the Amani Hunting Bear will be available for the same price. Then finally, the Enchanted Spellweave Carpet is available duringWrath of the Lich KingTimewalking
