The cast list of Amazon’s upcoming video game-based anthology seriesSecret Levelhas been leaked online, and includes a number of A-list Hollywood stars. An animated series led by Tim Miller and Blur Studio, eachSecret Levelepisode will tell a one-off story set in a major video game universe. Franchises likeMega Man,Armored Core,The Outer Worlds, Warhammer 40,000, and more will be involved. The series recently got an emotional reveal by Miller on the Gamescom Opening Night Live stage, and it’s due to hit Amazon Prime on December 10.
Recent years have seen better results for video games being adapted to movies and TV shows. Last year,HBO’s award-winningThe Last of Usseriesbrought the dark, gritty world known by fans of the PlayStation games to the masses and achieved critical acclaim in doing so; its second season is set to come in 2025. Earlier this year, Amazon’sFalloutshow joinedThe Last of Usas two of the greatest video game adaptations ever. The buzz surroundingFalloutcaused a big boom of players returning to beloved games in Bethesda’s RPG franchise, likeFallout 3,Fallout 4, andNew Vegas. On the movie side of the coin, theSonic the Hedgehogfilms have seen the most praise, with a third movie on the way this December.
It seems fans awaiting the release ofSecret Levelon Amazon can get a glimpse of the series' cast list early, as it’s beenleaked onto the internetby way of a trailer that’s since been removed. Giant names like Keanu Reeves, Arnold Schwarzenegger, his son Patrick Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart,Barbie’s Ariana Greenblatt, andThe Boys' Claudia Doumit flood the cast list. Hart and Greenblatt were both recently part of another video game adaptation,theBorderlandsmovie, which was received less than favorably.
Leaked Secret Level Cast List
It’s unclear whether this is the whole cast ofSecret Level, though seeing that there are more than 15 video game franchises attached to the series, there’s likely more talent involved. It’ll be interesting to seewhich games these actors will be attached to inSecret Level. It wouldn’t be hard to imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger lending his voice to aWarhammer 40KSpace Marine, or Kevin Hart and Ariana Greenblatt teaming up once again in a goofyDungeons and Dragonsadventure. If one thing’s for certain, it’s that Keanu Reeves is about to have a big December in video games, as aside from his unknown role inSecret Level, Reeves is the voice behind Shadow in the upcomingSonic the Hedgehog 3movie.
Secret Levelis coming to Amazon Prime Video on December 10. The anthology series will be part of a huge few weeks for video games, as it’s preceded by the release ofMarvel Rivalsand Xbox’sIndiana Jones and the Great Circleon the 6th, and will be followed byThe Game Awards on December 12, withSonic the Hedgehog 3coming a bit later, on December 20.

Prime Video is Amazon’s streaming service that began as Amazon Unbox back in September 2006. The streaming service has gone through many rebrandings over the year but has managed to successfully compete with other streamers such as Netflix, Max, and Disney+. Some of their most notable titles include The Boys, Carnival Row, and Sound of Metal.
