The goal for players in an RPG is simple by the end of the game: become a god.Metaphor: ReFantazioincludes god-like characters, so reaching that height should not be that hard, metaphorically. There are a lot of ways to get stronger in the game from leveling up characters to leveling up Archetypes which are like RPG classes.

Then there is thecollecting of weapons inMetaphor: ReFantazio. For those who like taking that route to power in RPGs, these weapons will make the party strong beyond belief. As there are a lot of Archetypes in the game, and thus a lot of weapon types, let’s focus on the core seven in the game tied to the main party which will keep stats and bonus effects in mind. Most of these weapons can be found in the final dungeon, Tyrant’s Star, but there are a couple of surprises too.

Annihilator King’s Axe weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

7Annihilator King’s Axe

Attack 420/Hit 99

The Annihilator King’s Axe can be found in the aforementioned finaldungeon ofMetaphor: ReFantazio, Tyrant’s Star. For all of these weapons based on the Tyrant’s Star, players will have to fight Human bosses to get them. They are enhanced repeated bosses from earlier in the game like the Homo Avades which was that egg-like Human which players had to fight after defeating Zorba.

Now, The Annihilator King’s Axe’s greatest asset for Basilio is its ability to cut through resistances. This can open enemies up to Slash attacks at least. It’s a basic final weapon for a character who probably not a lot of players are going to use anyway due to his late addition to the party.

War King’s Claymore weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

6War King’s Claymore

The War King’s Claymore is another heavy weapon and this one should be wielded by Strohl. The Warrior set of Archetypes is all about raising basic physical attacks. They don’t have a lot ofmagic spells to rely on inMetaphor: ReFantazio.

The War King’s Claymore is a great final weapon then as it can raise the rate of critical hits. It won’t increase the power but it doesn’t have to. A better chance to get critical hits means better return damage overall.

Thief King’s Katana weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

5Thief King’s Katana

The Thief King’s Katana is another Tyrant’s Star weapon and it’s for the Thief Archetype user, Heismay. He’s one of the betterparty members inMetaphor: ReFantaziothanks to his beginning ability to steal and because he’s an all-all-in-all standup knight disgraced as he may be when players meet him.

His attack power is not that good initially, but as players evolve his Archetype, they can get pretty good Slash moves that can deal critical damage and that’s what this weapon can help with. The Thief King’s Katana also raises Agility and Heismay is naturally a fast character already, so this stat boost will give him an even better advantage in the turn order.

Hero King’s Fan weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

4Hero King’s Fan

The Hero King’s Fan is an example of a final weapon that boosts defensive capabilities over offensive ones. It can be won via an aforementioned side boss in the Tyrant’s Star dungeon and it’s meant for Junah. The Hero King’s Fan will increase evasion against Pierce, Slash, and Strike attacks, which are the three types of physical attacks in the game.

Junah doesn’t have low defensive stats overall, but they aren’t as good as some of the more brutish characters and Archetypes like the ones Basilio and Strohl have. That’s why this is a great bonus for her final weapon and because all enemies, includingbosses, will attack physically at some point inMetaphor: ReFantazio.

Lance Of Judgment weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

3Lance Of Judgment

Attack 425/Hit 97

The Lance of Judgment is at long lost a non-Tyrant’s Star weapon. The final weapon within the dungeon for Hulkenberg is not bad but the Lance of Judgment is better. Her set of Archetypes, the Knights, have a few skills that will embrace counters.

The Lance of Judgment increases the counter rate, making Hulkenberg a stronger character within any of her Knight forms. To get this weapon, players must first get the Lance of the Old God in the Skybound Avatar dungeon which is the prelude to the Tyrant’s Star. Afterward, they must purify it in Grand Trad’s St. Fermis Church to create the Lance of Judgment.Purification is an easy way to upgrade a lot of gear inMetaphor: ReFantazio.

King’s Crosier weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

2King’s Crosier

Let’s pop back over to the Tyrant’s Star for one last piece of weaponry for Eupha. She’s one of the stronger mages in the game and her starter Archetype is the Summoner. Summoners inMetaphor: ReFantazioare like Summoners inFinal Fantasywho can call upon monsters to aid them in battle.

The King’s Crosier’s major boost is its ability to increase MP by 30%. Magic is the best way to defeat normal enemies and bosses in the game, so the more MP characters have, the better. The King’s Crosier also boosts magical attack power, making Eupha a foe to be reckoned with once this weapon is acquired.

Dragon’s Legacy weapon in Metaphor ReFantazio

1Dragon’s Legacy

Attack 430/Hit 99

The Dragon’s Legacy is tied to the absolute hardest boss in the game. It can be found in the Dragon Temple, the same place players met Eupha for the first time. In the final month, a new quest line will emerge about defeating three dragons. Those three dragons will guide players back to the Dragon Temple wherein they will face the Elegy of the Soul who looks like themain character ofMetaphor: ReFantazio, Will. Once defeated, this sword will turn all attacks into Almighty ones, which are non-elemental. It will also raise all stats by 5, easily making the Dragon’s Legacy a crucial weapon to get for the true final encounter of the game as Almighty attacks are god-tier, pun intended.
