Though not exactly boasting the best damage-per-shot of its category, the GPMG-7 leads the way in fire rate, along with being rather good in terms of maintaining its damage range. Though its recoil is off the charts, it can be made better withthe best loadout.

The main drawbacks of the GPMG-7 are its blistering fire rate, which can make recoil difficult to manage, and its tendency to burn through ammunition quickly. This is where the below attachment combinations come into play, which drasticallyimproves vertical recoil control, along with also providing alarger magazine to counteract the high RPM.
Other attributes have also received a buff with the following attachments, including anincrease in general mobilityand aboost in aim-down-sight speed. Though not exactly serving asthe best weapon inBlack Ops 6, it bridges the gap.

The GPMG-7 is an excellent weapon, but it’s fairly long reload can be a bit of a hindrance at the worst of times. However, with the right Perks andWildcards inBlack Ops 6, this flaw can be mitigated. With the following options, players can expect toswap to their Secondary much faster, along with being able tomove quicker whilst reloading— both of which will work wonders for countering a slow reload.
Other benefits include a subtleincrease in tactical sprint duration, along with the much-neededbenefit of resupplying ammunition— perfect for keeping that ammo reserve topped up.

As mentioned earlier, the GPMG-7 has a fairly slow reload speed, which may hinder players in gunfights once they’ve burned through their magazine. However, pairing Fast Hands with a solid Handgun may just allow players to win a gunfight in situations where a reload is not possible. For players looking for a good Handgun, theGrekhovais a great option, capable of taking down opponents up close with little effort.
