Summary
One of the ways thatThrone and Libertyhas set itself apart from the other MMORPGs on the market is throughits Morph system. This mechanic replaces the usual mounts that players would unlock through playing, instead giving a variety of animals to transform into to performcertain traversal actions. For instance, sprinting will turn a player into a wolf or other four-legged animal while gliding will turn them into an airborne creature. While not aiming tohelp with combat, they’re still highly useful.
It’s a unqiue system that makes it feel truly special from other games in the genre. Plus, there are a ton of different creatures that players can unlock to transform into and some of them are pretty cool. From mythical-looking deer to adorable otters, the amount of Morphs that players can turn into is something special. Here are the best-looking Morphs for players to unlock as they progress through the game.
5Lightning Purpuma
A Stylish Feline
The Lightning Purposa is the first selection on this list thanks to its simplicity. While many players would assume that makes it a lesser choice, it works in this creature’s favor. Sometimes, it’s better when thingsdon’t attempt to be overly ambitious.
It carriesa large cat look to it, albeit one whose stripes are a luminescent glow rather than a solid color. It is reminiscent of something like Thor, which is never a bad thing. The Lightning Purpuma can be purchased from the Special Shop for 800 Lucent.
4Amarian Ferthur
Take Flight With Style
There are a lot of choices for players when looking at which Glide Morphs to use. However, one of the best options in the game is the Amarian Ferthur thanks to itslightning-based aesthetics and overall elegance. Using this Morph is like becoming one of Santa Claus' reindeer experiments gone wrong.
Gliding through the air as anelectric-looking reindeer is something else. While it doesn’t boast the best Growth Pointsfor players to progresstheir Mounts, in terms of looks, there aren’t many that could be argued are better. It more than earns its spot here. It can be purchased in the Special Shop for 800 Lucent.
3Radiant Swan
Elegance In Its Truest Form
While the Amarian Ferthur has some elegance to it with an electric flair, the Radiant Swan is majestic, through and through. With its wide wingspan and bright, glowing white feathers, the Radiant Swan is a spectacular sight to beholdin the sky. It feels like something straight out of a Studio Ghibli movie, which adds to the overall experience.
It adds to the visuals ofThrone and Libertyas itplays up this grandiose, magical world. It’s only obtainable for those who purchased the Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate editions through the game’s early access packs. But for those players, this is one of the best in the game.
2Shadow Shark
The Apex Predator Comes To Life
In terms of the Swim Morphs, the Shadow Shark may bethe very best option in the game. Even without its amazing additions, it allows players to play as a shark. The top, apex predator of the ocean is always going to be one of the best options for the game.
But it goes beyond so much more than just a shark:it’s a shark with giant horns. Not only that, but the giant horns are also glowing and there are spikes along the shark’s back. If a player tried to describe the perfect Morph in the game, it wouldn’t be a surprise for it to match the Shadow Shark’s description. It is only available for players who purchased the game’s Ultimate edition through the early access packs.
1Radiant Otter
The Cutest One Of Them All
While the rest of the entries are here thanks to howcool or intimidating they look, this entry rounds it out thanks to a different reason. Otters are adorable and the game certainly reflects that with the design of this Morph. It’s a completely cute little animal that allows players to glide through water with ease.
It won’t be the most intimidating thing in the water, and it certainly won’t turn any heads, necessarily, but come on. It is a glowing otter that isboth adorable and elegant, especially with the little horn on its head. Unfortunately, it is only available for players who purchased the Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate editions of the game through the early access packs. So anyone who is joining after the game’s public release won’t be able to use this Morph, at least for now.
