Cheryl Brahn the master archmage shouting at her troops in I Regressed As The Duke

Updated July 25, 2025, by Lucas Simons:With the manhwa release season finally concluding, there are a few other series of note that ended during the last month of 2024, and some of them are more than worth a read.I Regressed As The Dukehit an abrupt roadblock and was called for cuts. On the other hand,No Home,a drama/comedy school-life manhwa about ‘problematic children’ banding together to survive a cruel world, has finally concluded.

10I Regressed As The Duke

Left Too Many Loose Ends

I Regressed As The Dukestarted asthe typical reincarnation manhwa, but it featured a twist. It included the ‘body switch’ trope, where the main character switched bodies with his employer, Duke Aaron Brahn. Ultimately, this leads to a thrilling plot fed by the mystery of reincarnation, which was not entirely explained.

Sadly, the manhwa ended abruptly around chapter 129 with a bittersweet ending that offered some closure for fans expecting to see some romance. That said, there were way too many questions left unanswered. As such, if readers pick this series up, they should not expect an easy or entirely conclusive trip.

A Rounded Up Ending

Haejoon Goh and Eunyung Baek end up living together, and despite them both being miserable at first, a beautiful friendship blooms between them. These two ‘troubled teenagers’ (as the adults often refer to minors who run from a violent household) discover that, together, they are worth a thousand times more than those who left them to rot in the cold streets.

The coming-of-age story ofNo Homeis a perfect depiction of how endangered youths live day-by-day, and though it is narrated with a lighthearted tone and a little bit sugarcoated, the situations depicted in it are very real. This manhwa, ending with chapter 269, is worthy of all the accolades it has earned.

This manhwa has one ofthe most intricate magic systems, and it handles humor greatly. The only downside is that it’s a bit slow at the beginning, but this improves with the passing of chapters. The Gameris a great read for those who like a mixture of conspiracies, shadow governments, and mechas.

FFF-CLASS Trash Herotells a bizarre story about revenge and determination. On top of that, it also features great character development. It’s sprinkled with a bit of dark humor and some romance, too. This manhwa is a great read for those who are tired of the usual “hero beats the Demon Lord with his Harem” trope.

It was axed near mid-May 2022, but its English version (manhwa) was published up until September 2024, with Chapter 109 being the final one. It’s a decent story overall, but sadly, it lasted only two seasons. Ending at chapter 95, and to avoid spoilers, “rounded up quite nicely” is the best definition of how the author handled closure for the series.
