As anticipation for the new update grows, fans in the UK were also looking forward to the Genshin Concert Tour event at the OVO Arena Wembley in London, which was scheduled for October 29. However, fans in London will need to wait an additional five months before they’re able to attend the concert.
The LondonGenshin Impactconcert will now take place on July 15, 2025, at the Eventim Apollo venue, according to the game’sofficial Twitter account. In an official notice released by Concertbüro Zahlmann GmbH, it’s explained that HoYoverse and the organizers ran into logistical challenges regarding the OVO Arena Wembley venue, along with “unavoidable scheduling conflicts” that made it impossible to hold the Genshin Concert Tour show on its original date. Fortunately,Genshin Impactfans who already purchased tickets will receive new e-tickets via email for the new venue automatically. These tickets will be delivered as soon as possible, but the notice notes that these tickets could take a few days or weeks to be sent out, similar tothe rollout ofGenshin Impactand McDonald’s collaboration codes.

The event organizers note that they expect a high number of e-mails regarding inquires about the concert, so responses may take longer than usual.
