Players can select a single Perk from the Perk 1 slot inBlack Ops 6to ensure that they have the best loadout available to them and maximize their efficiency on the field against enemy teams. With a total of 7 Perks in the Perk 1 slot, players might feel a tad overwhelmed about what to choose, but many of them have their own unique advantages and disadvantages based on everyone’s playstyle.
Whether it’s for a stealthy player, or one who prefers to tank more hits and get in the action, plenty of Perks in the Perk 1 slot forBlack Ops 6will provide them with the necessary advantages that they need to play their way and still come out on top.
7Scavenger
Get More Ammo When Killing Enemies
Everyone’s been impacted by a lack of ammunition on the field on more than one occasion. It’s hard to be on a high killstreak, just to have it all come crashing down because ammo is nowhere in sight, and there is but a knife left to cause damage. However, Scavenger fixes that byallowing players to resupplyfrom killed enemies.
While it may sound good, other players might actually suffer from Scavenger, as they will be killed quicker than they can reload and see the bonuses from more ammo. Also, players who are low on ammo can simply just pick up the gun of the deceased.
6Flak Jacket
Reduce Explosive Damage
Flak Jacket is used to reduce explosive and fire damage from enemies, which can come from either an explosive secondary weapon or from a piece of Lethal equipment that may be in the opponent’s arsenal.
However, Flak Jacket isn’t all that great, as not many players aredaring enoughto run around and rely solely on explosives like Frags and C4, so there are alternatives. Yet, that doesn’t mean players won’t get blown up on occasion.
5Tac Mask
More Immune to Enemy Flash and Concussion Grenades
While Tactical Equipment may not be lethal, in the right hands, it certainly can be. Those impactedby a concussion grenadeor a flash will see themselves vulnerable as an enemy sweeps the room and takes them out before players can even move and react to the death that is currently greeting them.
Yet, with Tac Mask, the effects of these tactical equipment pieces are reduced greatly, allowing players to shrug off these effects so that they can meet their foe head-on, and ensure that they are the ones that fall.
4Dexterity
Less Weapon Motion When Moving
Weapon motion can be a tad burdensome, especially when players are busy running about the map, hungry for another kill. When in motion, players will have a harder time aiming their weapon and readying it on time for combat when they are sliding, jumping, and diving, therefore, Dexterity comes in.
With Dexterity, players will have an easier time preparing to shoot their weapon in the midst of an action. On top of that, less fall damage is paired with Dexterity, allowing players to run and seek lower groundon multiplayer mapswithout the risk of breaking a leg or two.
3Gung-Ho
Improve Sprint and Tactical Sprint Speeds When Reloading
For players who like to move fast and agile, this is the Perk for them. With Gung-Ho equipped, players will not have to fear slowed speeds when they are reloading, which can be greatly beneficial for players who are always on the move and looking for the next kill.
Gung-Ho will improve sprint speeds for both the standard sprint and the tactical sprint while they are reloading, and also while they areusing equipment, which means that there are more components to how players move than just pressing forward.
2Ghost
Invisible to Scout Pulse and UAV When Moving
Ghost is almost essential against teams that utilize a plethora of Scorestreaks against allies. With Ghost, those who are using Scout Pulse and UAVs will see no benefit to it, as players can counter them out with Ghost, so long as they are: moving, planting, defusing, or controlling Scorestreaks.
With Ghost, players have a better chance to move through the map like the Perk says: as a ghost. It’s great for stealthy players and those who don’t want to behunted downby a UAV up in the air for an enemy team to utilize and know every position.
1Ninja
Sneaky and Silent Movement
Players more attuned to their senses inBlack Ops 6will utilize everything they need to ensure that no one is getting the drop on them. The better the Skill Based Matchmaking, the more likely it is that players will encounter an enemy that is listening for footsteps. Those running about inBlack Ops 6might see this as their undoing unless they equip the Ninja Perk.
With Ninja, their footsteps will be far quieter, as will their sprinting noises, which means that enemy players might not think to turn around at the sound of someone running towards them to use them as a human shield or even just to take them out nice and fast.
