Black Ops 6Zombies has 5 Ammo Mods on release, and these 5 Ammo Mods can be utilized in Terminus and Liberty Falls to make the zombie hordes pay and reach high rounds. Certain Ammo Mods are definitely better than others, so here’s a tier list of what to use.

6Brain Rot
Turn a Hostile Zombie into an Ally
Brain Rot can be used to a powerful effect, bringing forth a loyal and deadly ally that will have a zombie attack other zombies instead of the player. This zombie is immune to player damage and will only focus on other hostiles, but the unpredictable nature of Brain Rot leavesmuch to be desired.
A Brain Rot victim is a lot of fun, especially if a special enemy like a Mangler is targeted. However, this special zombie might actually get in the way of a train or disrupt its flow by killing in abundance, so it could be a tad risky.
5Cryo Freeze
Frost Bullets and Freeze Zombies in Place, Making Them Take More Damage
Cryo Freeze is great for players who want to usher in a new ice age, as Cryo Freeze will literally slow and freeze zombies that have been hit by the bullets. When frozen, these zombies will take more damage, leading to an opening of attackagainst mini-bossesand regular zombies that have been impacted by the harsh cold.
Cryo Freeze is great for slowing zombies and removing hostile enemies temporarily by encasing them in ice, but that very move won’t help against huge swarms, and will only deter progress and disrupt trains due to a frozen zombie or two left in the middle of a train.
4Shadow Rift
Shadow Bullets and Spawn Small Gersh Device-Like Black Holes
Shadow Rift is afun and goofyAmmo Mod inBlack Ops 6Zombies, where there is a random chance for a bullet to spawn a black hole that will suck up a zombie like a Gersh Device, and then send them crashing down from the sky, hurtling towards their second demise.
Shadow Rift has the ability to suck up mini-boss zombies like Manglers, so if luck is on the player’s side, then they are going to have a great time with Shadow Rift, especially with its Augment upgrades that could allow consistent usage of the black holes to distract enemies and give them some space.
Electric Bullets and the Ability to Stun Zombies
Dead Wire is crucial to two secret quests in Terminus, where players will need Dead Wire to not only acquire a free variant of the Beamsmasher, but also to try their luck at random loot with the Void Cannon easter egg. Not only is Dead Wire greatfor quest progression in Terminus, but it’s also needed for theStag Sword in Citadelle des Morts, and can be used to stun and slow zombies and fire off electrical orbs to further damage zombies.
Dead Wire is great for dealing stun and electrical damage to zombies and mini-bosses, and the fact that it can generate a powerful electrical field to further slow these zombies down makes it great for high-round plays where a regular Tier 3 Pack-a-Punch Weapon won’tone-shot anymore.
2Light Mend
Light-Infused Bullets that Has a Chance to Heal Players
Light Mend is an interesting case for an Ammo Mod, as it doesn’t exactly cause more damage to zombies like the emitting bursts of fire from Napalm Burst or the shocking factors of Dead Wire. Instead, it has a chance to generate a healing rift that drops like a Power-Up and looks like a medical pill.
Light Mend isn’t the most powerful in terms of damage outside of fighting Doppelgahstsin Citadelle des Morts, but it does have the ability to heal players in need. Killing zombies can spawn this pill-shaped Power-Up, which will seek out players to provide them with a burst of healing that may just stop them from dying and ending the game.
1Napalm Burst
Fire Bullets and Randomly Burn Zombie Types
Napalm Burst doesn’t have anything entirely special about its design, as it’s mainly used for offensive plays. Napalm Burst will provide players witha damage buffto their weapons, where each bullet can afflict burn damage onto enemies.
Napalm Burst can also set enemies on fire, slowly burning them and ticking down their health while players continue to run around training the zombie hordes. It might not have the most exciting use, but it’s powerful in the right hands.
