The October 29Black Ops 6update brings various fixes and adjustments to the game’s user interfaces, including improvements to stability and image streaming in menus. Long names for loadouts and blueprints will no longer be truncated in certain languages, improving overall readability for players around the world. Alongside these fixes, the update applies a major fix to a bug that caused weapons to lose an attachment during a multiplayer match. Treyarch also implemented server-side stability fixes to improve network connectivity in multiplayer matches and Zombies, similar tothe previousBlack Ops 6update.
Before the update’s launch,Black Ops 6players discovered an exploit that allowed them to temporarily lose enemy targeting onthe Liberty Falls and Terminus Zombies maps. These exploits were fixed for both maps, and players can now interact with the Bank Vault combination lock three times per round in Liberty Falls. Zombies difficulty was not altered in the update, as it appears that the update focused on improving quality-of-life features and bug fixes.
