How to Get the Small Chainsaw
Otis will call Frank at 9 PM on the first day with theOut of Controlscoop. Head north from the Food Court to find the Wonderland Plaza. This whole area is set up as a small carnival. Head up to the second floor to reach the Space Rider rollercoaster. Frank will encounterthe Psycopath clown named Adam.He wields two Small Chainsaws along with exploding balloons. Defeat him by carefully using firearms or attacking after he spins/lunges.
