Demon Slayer who are capable of special breathing techniques such as Sun Breathing can do more lasting damage to a demon’s regeneration ability and slow down the process of demon regeneration. The use of Wisteria poison can also be a tool used to kill demons and slow down their regenerative abilities. However, if the demon is an Upper Moon, it would take a higher dosage and longer time to kill powerful demons with just Wisteria poison.
Demon Regeneration has various levels and is categorized into - Enhanced Regeneration, Immense Regeneration and Nigh-Absolute Regeneration.
