Summary

Diablo 4just revealed a second wave ofWorld of Warcraft-themed cosmetics, including outfits rendering each of the six classes as a popular hero or villain of Azeroth, along with the unique Ash’adar mount. Using these new transmogs, players can dress theirDiablo 4characters up as the Lich King, Garrosh, Jaina, Malfurion, Illidan, or Bwonsamdi as they explore Nahantu and beyond.

World of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary is on November 23, meaning Blizzard is pulling out all the stops when it comes to collaborations. In August,Diablo 4got a batch of awesomeWorld of Warcraft-themed cosmetic setsfor each class except the new Spiritborn, transforming the heroes of Sanctuary into iconic characters like Xal’atath, Kael’thas Sunstrider, and Varian Wrynn.

Now,Diablo 4has released a second set of weapons, armor, and customizations for all six classes. The Barbarian set is inspired by Garrosh Hellscream, featuring his tattoos and Gorehowl, while the Necromancer gets the armor of the Lich King, including theFrostmourne model that was datamined inDiablo 4months ago. Rogues and Druids can dress up like the Stormrage brothers, with the former getting Illidan’s horns, tattoos, and sword versions of the Twin Blades of Azzinoth, while the latter can equip Malfurion’s outfit, body markings, and one of the alternative artifact appearances for the Scythe of Elune. Sorcerers get Jaina Proudmoore’sWarcraft 3outfit, including the Staff of Antonidas, and Spiritborn can dress up like the Troll Loa Bwonsamdi, down to his glowing skin and the bony mantle on his back.

Color-Changing Ash’adar Skin

Beyond the class cosmetics,Diablo 4also added anotherWorld of Warcraftmount to Sanctuary. Ash’adar, Harbinger of the Dawn, is a glowing tiger mount that changes between a lunar blue and solar orange based on the time of day. Inspired by themount of the same name from the Trading Post inWorld of Warcraft, Ash’adar is also one of the fewDiablo 4mounts that isn’t a horse, with the Deluxe edition Nahantu War-cat being the only other example in game so far.

Unfortunately, these cosmetics don’t come cheap; each one costs 2800 Platinum, or $25 – over half the cost ofbuyingDiablo 4: Vessel of Hatreditself. Though they are quite a monetary investment, fans unanimously agreed that these skins looked undeniably awesome. With multipleWorld of Warcraftcharacter outfits and mount skins to choose from, players now have plenty of ways to bring a part of Azeroth into Sanctuary, regardless of their favorite class.
