This represents a gain of 115.4% compared to September when the game had 25,799 active players. Previously, the highest number reached was 39,782 players on June 3, during the game’s fourth season.

Diablo 4’s second milestone is that it became the second most-played game on Steam Deck between October 9-15, according to the official ranking. AfterDiablo 4led until October 14, the ranking now hasMetaphor: ReFantazio, thenew game from the creators ofPersonathat was recently released, in first place. The list continues withStardew ValleyandBaldur’s Gate 3in third and fourth place after dropping, respectively, one and three places in the ranking. The top five is rounded off withDragon Ball: Sparking Zero, the newest game from Spike Chunsoft and Bandai Namco. As for the reception from users of Valve’s platform, although the most recent reviews are mixed, Blizzard’s game has 71% of all reviews as mostly positive.
Diablo 4’s new numbers come after the release of Vessel of Hatred, the game’s first expansion, which introduces a variety of new content such as new stories and thenew Spiritborn class. The milestones also come after the start of the game’s sixth season, which added other equally exciting content, including new dungeons like the Kurast Undercity, the Mercenary companions, new skills, and passives forDiablo 4’s classes.
