Once the X-ray puzzle is completed, you will get theCombination LockCodefor Room D1:Right4, Left 37, Right 12. Head inside the Room and interact with the bed to find the Filthy Bracelet.
Where To Find The Bloodstained Bracelet
For the final Bracelet, you must combine the Medical Tube with the Bent Needle and use it on the Drain in Pharmacy 1F to acquire theMaintenance Key.
Return to the Pool and interact with the locked floor panel to access the Pool Pump. This will drain all the water, allowing you to enter the Pool and smash the wall with the eye symbol to get theBloodstained Bracelet.
