If there is one thing Broly is known for, it’s being a nigh-unstoppable rage monster who destroys everyone and everything in his path while in his most powerful state. Just as it was forhis non-canon counterpart,SuperBroly was introduced as a meek Saiyan who actually held unfathomable power, enough to go toe-to-toe against the strongest Z-Fighters in their most powerful forms. This new version of Broly was so strong that he matched Goku and Vegeta’s Super Saiyan Blue forms while in his regular Super Saiyan state.
Despite being this gifted, however, Broly could never control his strength due to decades of abuse and having his power forcefully suppressed, causing him to go berserk. This strength was so great that Goku and Vegeta simply couldn’t keep up with Broly’s seemingly unlimited potential, causing them to fuse into the ultimate warrior, Gogeta, in order to defeat the Saiyan. After defeating Broly, Goku decided to take him under his wing.

This would become the main aspect of Broly’s character arc in the following film and few manga chapters, wherehe was taken to Beerus’s planetto train with his Saiyan brothers to hone his powers and control his strength. Though this takes time and he faces some setbacks in the training, Broly slowly learns to control his power more and more, although the threat of him going berserk is still there.
However, in Chapter 103, Beast Gohan is brought to the forefront and faces off against Ultra Instinct Goku and Vegeta, confirming that Gohan has finally reached a comparable level to them once more. Here, he also spars against Broly, who finally realizes the results of the training he received from Goku, Vegeta, and Whis. By calming himself and keeping his emotions in check, Broly finally realizes his complete Super Saiyan form, which he can control fully without going berserk, surprising everyone as he finally matches his contemporaries.

How Strong is this Transformation?
It’s likely confirmed that this form of Broly is at least as powerful as his full-powered berserk form that fought against Gogeta Blue inDragon Ball Super: Broly, with many thinking that this far surpasses it. In the same chapter as its introduction, it’s confirmed thatBroly is at least on par with Beast Gohan, Ultra Instinct, and Ultra Ego since Gohan was surprised at just how great the energy Broly emitted while in this state was. Later, when all the Saiyans sparred, Broly’s strength was more than a match for the others.
However, this transformation has only been seen in a few panels at the time of writing. This means its true strength remains a mystery, only that it has been hinted as being just as powerful as the strongest forms of the rest of the Saiyans, at least contextually. It should be remembered that even when Broly was in his berserk state and couldn’t control his power, he fought well enough against Super Saiyan Gogeta.
Although many fans argue that Gogeta still could have handled him, it’s very impressive that the fusion feltthe need to go Super Saiyan Blueto defeat Broly as quickly and efficiently as possible. So, by having Broly perfect his Super Saiyan transformation, he can now control this power and utilize it better than ever before.
At the current moment, Broly’s complete Super Saiyan form doesn’t have any particular feats to base his power on due to his very limited appearance within the story. However, through contextual analysis and the thematic purpose it would serve, Broly’s complete Super Saiyan will likely be on the same tier of power as the strongest forms of Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan, making him one of the strongest mortals to exist in the entire multiverse. Only whenDragon Ball Superreturns will fans be able to discern just how strong Broly has become.
