Dragon Ball Daimais just around the corner, and finally, after years upon years of waiting, fans are going to see Goku continue his adventures along with his friends and fight a horde of powerful beings throughout the universe. Fans are especially excited forDragon Ball Daima, given that this isthe last major anime project that Akira Toriyama, the creator of this wonderful franchise, has had a direct hand in, and that essentially ensures that the vision of the author is going to be preserved in this particular series as well.
While Daima was certainly announced a long time ago, the wait has now come to an end, and later this week, fans will get to see this wonderful series begin, with a lot of exciting things to look forward to.

This anime will be a hit of nostalgia for fans of the original series, and if rumors are to be believed, it will open with Trunks’s 9th birthday party. From there onwards, a conspiracy against Goku will ensure that a new adventure in the Demon Realm kickstarts.
Dragon Ball Returns After A Long Break
After the conclusion of the Dragon Ball Z series, fans were left without much Dragon Ball content to look forward to. However, that changed quickly when Battle of Gods came out, and shortly after that, the Resurrection of F did as well. Soon after, an anime for Dragon Ball was announced, and Dragon Ball Super became a thing. Fans got to see Dragon Ball Supercontinue the adventures of Goku, Vegeta, and many other powerful beings from this series, and fight against various powerful enemies. Dragon Ball Super was certainly a success, no matter which way fans look at it. However, production-wise, the series was a disaster. Due to a lack of time, the early parts of the series certainly faced quite a lot of issues as well, and eventually, regardless of how many changes they made to ease off the pressure on an already overworked staff, things didn’t quite work out.
Thankfully, Dragon Ball Super came to an end with the Tournament of Power arc, which was certainly thrilling, to say the least. The conclusion of this arc disappointed fans greatly, not because it was underwhelming, but because it meant no more Dragon Ball content was headed their way for quite a while. However, the lack of a Dragon Ball anime did not mean that there was not going to be any Dragon Ball content at all. In fact, fans gotDragon Ball Super: Brolyshortly after, and it was certainly a movie that surpassed all expectations. Dragon Ball continued yet again through its manga, but, of course, it was certainly not the same as the anime, in terms of popularity.

As for movies, Dragon Ball dropped yet another movie called Super Heroes, and while it was not as exciting as Broly, it was definitely an interesting watch for the fans. Originally,Dragon Ball Daimawas supposed to be a TV anime-only thing, which meant that no input from Toriyama was going to be put into the series.
However, later on, Toriyama provided his input and eventually, he got so deep into the project that now, it can be said that he is a major part of the production of the Daima series. Everything, from character designs to storyline, has had input from Toriyama himself, which is what makes the series as special as it is. Of course, fans had to wait a long time to see Dragon Ball return, but now, it is just days away, with Dragon Ball Daima Episode 1 set to air soon, and that is precisely what makes all the fans of this franchise throughout the world incredibly excited.

This makes sense because Daima does not have a manga series to go off of, and that simply means that this story is going to be even more exciting because fans do not know what to expect as they dive headfirst into a brand-new adventure. That said, from the many trailers that were released, one can put two and two together and come to the conclusion that an evil conspiracy against Goku and his friends is at the center of Dragon Ball Daima.
Essentially, due to some conspiracy led by a mysterious individual, Goku and his friends have turned small. This is likely to do with Dragon Balls, and while it is unclear what exactly happened, what fans know for a fact is that Goku and his friends must now look for a solution to this problem.Goku is seen in his kid forminDragon Ball Daima, and Vegeta, along with many others, such as Piccolo, Bulma, and the other Z Warriors, are kids as well. They are all facing the same predicament, and a solution must be found immediately.
Fans know that Goku will head into a mysterious new world in this story. This new world is where a lot of demonic creatures and monsters are going to be found and it is also where Goku will test his skill against new enemies. Fans are eagerly waiting to see what this new world in the Dragon Ball franchise has to offer, and what kind of enemies it gives Goku and Vegeta. With familiar faces, Dragon Ball Daima episode 1 is certainly going to be a success, regardless of what fans think about it right now.
But, there are also going to be some unfamiliar faces that fans have not seen before. So far, the trailer for Dragon Ball Episode 1 has introduced a few of these characters to the fans, and the most significant of them are Glorio, Panzy, and Gomah. These new characters are sure to make the series more exciting, and whatever happened to Goku and his friends is directly tied to them.
Goku And The Z Warriors Continue Their Adventures
Dragon Ball Daima Episode 1 Will Showcase A Kid Goku
Above all, it seems that the writers of theDragon Ball Daimaseries are hoping to deliver a blend of adventure and action with this new series.That is precisely why Goku is back to his kid form, and all the other Z Warriors are kids as well. Dragon Ball Super might have been a tad more serious, but it certainly did not carry the core element of the OG Dragon Ball at heart. This new series could have the perfect blend of action, thrill, and of course, exciting adventures at its heart, and fans will see that Dragon Ball Daima Episode 1 too.
The fact that it is written by Toriyama himself also adds further credibility to this series, and fans are desperately waiting to see what it has to offer to them. Given how hard the staff has been working on this upcoming anime project, fans can rest assured that it is in good hands and that the production for the series is going to be many times better thanDragon Ball Superand the animation is going to be as good as it gets. As for the story, fans will simply have to sit back and go through what is to offer, before coming to a conclusion on how good it is.
