Summary

Fortnitehas revealed that the fan-requested solo mode will be added to Fortnite Reload in an upcoming update. This will allowFortniteplayers to enjoy Reload mode solo and will be available in the game on November 2.

Fortnite Reload is a battle royal game mode withinFortnitethat features unique mechanics and brings back olderFortnitelocations and weapons. What makes Fortnite Reload different from a regularFortnitebattle royal match is the ability to respawn quickly after being killed, as long as one player in the squad is still alive. The smaller 40-player battle royal instead of the typical 100 players in a match creates intense and fast-paced gameplay that always keeps gamers on their toes. While the respawn mechanic is dependent on a player having teammates to revive them, the community still pushed for a solo mode to be added to Fortnite Reload. With a recent announcement from theFortniteteam, this is now coming true.

At the time of its release, Reload only allowed squads of four, but very quickly went on to add in theability to play with duos or trios in Fortnite Reload. Now, players will get the chance to queue up alone and try out Fortnite Reload solo. Announced onFortnite’s official Twitter, Fortnite Reload will be officially getting a solo mode after countless requests from the community. Solo mode will be debuting in Fortnite Reload on November 2, and while many of the details are still being kept secret, fans were still ecstatic about the announcement.

The news of Fortnite Reload getting a solo mode has been incredibly well-received by the community. While the solo mode will still maintain all the features ofFortnite Reload such as the specific weaponsand locations available, fans were still curious about how the reload mechanic would be handled. Typically, players would have to be reloaded by a teammate who is still alive in the match. However, in this new solo mode, players will no longer have teammates to reload them after they die. WhileFortnitehasn’t shared how it will be handling this, players will soon get to find out once the mode goes live.

While fans ofFortnitewon’t have to wait long for Fortnite Reload Solo, there will still be a few days before the mode goes live. In the meantime, players can still enjoy theFortnite Remix live event starting November 1. The event will feature plenty of new and oldFortnitecontent for players to enjoy during the month-long Fortnite Remix season.
