Another horror icon has graced theFortniteItem Shop and this time, it’s none other than the legendary and ghastly Leatherface from theTexas Chainsaw Massacre. This horrific icon of cannibalistic gore swings his chainsaw intoFortnite, providing the game with perhaps its most brutal and terrifying killer yet tocelebrate both Fortnitemares 2024, and the 50th anniversary ofThe Texas Chain Saw Massacre(1974).
Of course, it wouldn’t be entirely reasonable forFortniteto feature a character that eats people and wears the skin of his victims, so there are a few fun parts of Leatherface’s outfit worth making note of. Either way, it’s still a creepy skin that’s best avoided so as not to share the samefate as Peely.
How to Get Leatherface in Fortnite
1,500 Outfit / 2,500 Bundle
Heading to theFortniteItem Shop on October 25, 8 PM ET, players can find the horror icon Leatherface with two tabs. Players who just want theLeatherface Outfit can purchase him for 1,500 V-Bucks, adding him to their lockers where he will most certainly terrorize other skins waiting for use in the locker. Joining Leatherface is the Prized Peel Back Bling, which is a reactive Back Bling of Peely’s face nailed to a broken picture frame, showing a stretched banana peel that most likely isn’t happy about a ghastly fate.
Alternatively, players who want to grab theChainsaw as a Pickaxe can do so separately for 1,000 V-Bucks. However, it’s more than worth the price to grab theLeatherface Bundle for 2,500 V-Bucks for a total of 5 items, as purchasing the items separately will set players back 3,200 V-Bucks in total.
