With the release ofOnce Human’s Way of Winter PvE scenario, players can now add seven new Deviants to their collection. Once captured, Deviants can be housed in your base and assigned to various tasks, like combat, crafting, and territory management. Among the newly introduced deviants,Gazocchiois aTerritory Deviant inOnce Humanthat defends your base from suspicious creatures. How To Get Gazocchio in Once Human
Similar toHydronaut Fish inOnce Human, you can get the Gazocchio Deviant by completing theDeviant: Gazocchio Quest.This quest can be unlocked by talking to Lowe in the Whalebone Settlement located in Vena Fjord.
During the conversation, Lowe will ask you to investigate the Shadow Creatures found in the West Branch of the Wishful Land Amusement Park. Once atWish Land - West, head toMr. Wish Octopus Cave. Inside the cave, you’ll first need to chase down Gazocchio then talk to it and convince it to join you.
However, this quest is not repeatable and if you want to farm Gazocchio, your next best bet is todefeat the Shadow Enemies in Wish Land.These creatures become vulnerable when exposed to light. you may exploit this weakness byluring them into the light from street lamps in Wish Land. Doing so will cause Shadows to materialize, making them vulnerable to attack. Defeating these materialized Shadows Enemies have a chance of dropping a Gazocchio Deviant.
Once captured, you need to place Gazocchio’sSecurement Unitin an areaexposed to Blue LightwithToys and Flowersaround. Make sure to power its unit with5W of Electricityto boost Gazocchio’s Mood and Power.
How To Use Gazocchio in Once Human
Gazocchio is a PvE-focused Territory Deviant thatpatrols your base and attacks any suspicious targets.Every once in a while, Gazocchio splits to conjure a special tactical item called theGazocchiotool. This tool is a handheld searchlight thatemits a continuous beam of light.
When you shine the Gazocchio on a Shadow Enemy, itreveals their true physical form,making them vulnerable to attack. To use the Gazocchio tool,equip it and hold down the left mouse buttonwhile aiming the light at a Shadow Enemy. The light will pulse a few times before stunning the enemy, causing it to slowly materialize. Once it materializes, you can attack it like any other enemy.
