Spend Time With Strohl
Spending time withStrohl on the Gauntlet Runneris a simple way to increase your Courage. The Gauntlet Runner also offers various activities that can boost other Royal Virtues, making it a worthwhile investment of your time.

Complete the Spirited Youth and Bullish Youth Activities
If you want to level up your Courage quickly, try completing the Test of Courage challenge offered bySpirited Youth, an NPC located in Thoroughfares Square, Martira.
Similarly, there’s an NPC namedBullish Youthwho is available at the Merchants’ Bazaar, Port Brilehaven in the daytime that invites you to a Diving Competition. Completing these activities is a surefire way of boosting your Courage.
Compete at the Coliseum
Lastly, you can compete at theColiseum in Port Brilehaventotest your combat skillsand increase your Courage stat. The Coliseum is a thrilling arena where you can partake in nine different fights against increasingly powerful opponents. Not only will you earn valuable rewards, but each victory also grants you a few Courage points.
