The 9th Prince Halkenburg Could Be In Trouble In HxH Chapter 403
Halkenburg Might Be Revealed as the Son Of Beyond Netero
Halkenburg has been, in the Succession War, one of the more interesting Princes, especially as he has quite an overpowered nen ability, called Possession Arrow, which allows him to pierce through any defense.
InHxHchapter 402, it was clear that Halkenburg would be in quite some trouble, and it’s possible that a huge reveal about him will come out soon inHxH403. Balsamilco Might, the Captain of first Prince Benjamin’s employees, is up to no good and has him as his next target,as seen inHxH402. Indeed, Balsamilco plans to kill Halkenburg, which is a revelation that might unfold inHunter x Hunter403. Balsamilco has obtained what he describes as a silent killer, a tool that can be used to kill Halkenburg without being noticed. This tool consists of viral bodies that can be spread in the air. They only survive for 30 seconds in the air, but if Halkenburg is to inhale them, then he will die in about half a day. The body, when infected with them, decomposes faster, making the cause of death hard to determine in an autopsy.
Prince Halkenburg was, in fact, put under arrest inHxH389 by Balsamilco. This makes it impossible for him to have contact with his men and places him in a very sensitive position where Balsamilco could finish him off with this tool. Balsamilco intends to take him down during his trial.HxHchapter 403 could be about the trial of Halkenburg, and his attempted murder, although it feels unlikely that he will be successfully killed.

That is because Halkenburg might also be revealed in the next chapter 403 to bethe secret son of Beyond Netero among the 14 Princes. In the last panel of HxH 402, there was a mention of Halkenburg receiving intriguing information, including the truth about his own birth. This could be a huge clue for what’s to come pertaining to his father, unless Togashi is setting up something else for the 9th Prince.
Fugetsu Visits the Rest of The Princes in Hunter X Hunter Chapter 403
Fugetsu Expands the Range of Her Ability
As seen inHxH402, Fugetsu, the 11thPrince of the Kakin Empire, was visiting the quarters of all her siblings to offer them a letter that they claim was her sister’s dying message to them. That was meant to broaden the reach of her power, as she could only go to places she’d already visited once before. She only really needed the 7th Prince Luzurus’s room. However, it surely comes in handy to have more range later on in the story.
So far, the last Prince fans know of that she visited is the 7th Prince Luzurus. That leaves her with quite a few Princes to go to. The only Princes who are confirmed to have met up with her are Benjamin, Luzurus, Tubeppa, and Tyson. Some princes might reject meeting her, like second Prince Camilla, however, that remains to be seen in the upcoming chapter as the group tries to stir things up by spreading rumors about the Princes.
The Plan Against 7th Prince Luzurus Could Be Forced Into Action In Hunter X Hunter Chapter 403
An interesting plot point set inHxH402 is the one involving Prince Luzurus, who, until now, hasn’t been the most relevant. The state of Fugetsu has not been improving and the other noticed a weird injection mark on her back.According to Melody and Kacho, this is the result of a drug that was given to her that has her believe she can use her ability as much as she wants. This eventually ends up draining her.
They believe the culprit to be Prince Luzurus, who has ties to the mafia, and whose nen beast might be behind it, regardless of whether Luzurus has any knowledge of it or not. To save Fugetsu, they decide to get rid of Luzurus, as her body won’t hold on for much longer.
Hunter x Hunter403 could show the group springing into action to get Luzurus in the area with the lifeboats. If they get him there, Luzurus will die, as leaving the allowed parameter is against the rules of the Succession War. Since Fugetsu and the rest will have solid alibies, and since Luzurus is known to partake in drugs, passing his death off as him trying to escape and overdosing would not be that hard. Of course, taking him there will not be that easy and something will probably go wrong.

It could also be that they eleminate Luzurus successfully. However, it could be revealed that he isn’t the cause of Fugetsu’s declining state, making all their work pretty much useless. But, seeing how his Nen Beast works, it’s likely it’s work since it is known to set up traps. This makes Prince Luzurus the most likely Prince to lose his life next.
Kurapika Prepares a Plan To Limit Bloodshed
Bloodshed Seems Inevitable In Hunter X Hunter Chapter 403
In the last panel ofHxH402, Kurapika is asked by Melody to try and find a plan to limit the bloodshed as much as possible. This will definitely be easier said than done, specifically as, so far, the only way for this Succession War to end is supposedly by leaving only one prince standing.
King Nasubi has been purposely vague about how the war will end, saying the sole survivor will be the successor to the Kakin throne when asked about it. It’s unclear if that would mean there is some kind of way to withdraw from the tournament or if all the other princes have to die to strengthen the surviving one. It’s likely that despite whatKurapika might come up with, the Succession War will be a bloodbath, and fans might see it begin inHunter X Hunterchapter 403.
