After Cobra’s murder, Vivi and Wapol snuck out and met Morgan, the owner of News Coo. Wapol begged Morgan to do him a favor and take them along. The latter accepted and took them away to safety. The episode also revealed how Sabo got away safely from Marijoa.
One Piece Episode 1120 also introduced a brand newcharacter who could drastically affect the story. This character was none other than Saint. Figarland Garling, the leader of the God’s Knights. He was introduced as the person responsible for the execution of Donquixote Myosgard. Figarland Garling considered him weak and corrupted. This particular incident has raised a lot of questions about Figarland Garling and his level of authority.

As previously stated, Saint. Figarland Garling is the Supreme Commander of the God’s Knights. It is a group of law enforcers who are responsible forkeeping peace in Marijoa, and as a result, they rank above the Marines and the Cipher Pol. So, Figarland Garling being their leader means that he is one of the most authoritative figures in One Piece.

If a normal person even walks past a Celestial Dragon, they are executed without a trial. When Luffy punched Charlos, he nearly lost his entire crew. But it seems that the God’s Knights are excluded from this category. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have been able to execute Donquixote Myosgard. It is likely that Saint. Figarland Garling at least supplants the regular Celestial Dragons in terms of authority. He is free to punish as he sees fit, which implies that he is a man of great importance.

However, most fans will be awaiting more details about Figarland Garling’s past and how he managed to become a person of such importance. Was he born a high-ranking noble, or did he fight his way to the top? These questions will likely be answered sooner rather than later, as Oda wouldn’t want to use up time from the other arcs.
