Previously, inSilent Hill 2’s case, the Japan-based developer shared the survival-horror game’s release date around the time of its Q1 earnings call even though the launch wasn’t going to happen until the third quarter—in other words, Konami made the date public more than four months before launch day. Based on the amount of gap kept between the release date announcement and the launch itself, it is easy to figure out that there simply doesn’t seem to be enough time to squeeze in theSnake Eaterremake’s launch into the 2024 calendar at this point.
