Given the theme of the film, visiting the family-friendly Knott’s Berry Farm during the Halloween season, when it becomes Knott’s Scary Farm, seems like a perfect fit.
In a new video, some of the leading cast members, including Pate, Cottrell, Witherspoon, and Lerner, plus Director David Henrie, talked about the movie while exploring Knott’s Scary Farm. The video highlights include a funny moment of the cast and director trying to describe thekid-friendly spooky filmwhile trying to maintain their composure as they spin around on the Knott’s Berry Farm Hat Dance ride, with the cast talking about their favorite parts of the filming process.
The cast also goes through several other amusement exhibits, with some of them getting absolutely terrified in ahaunted house. With the girls seemingly feeling a bit more brave than the boys, they decide to take to the Hi Striker to show off their strength, and even take home a themedMonster Summerplushy prize to boot. The arguably funniest moment might be at the end, when the members of the cast chase after a Halloween baseball clown, trying to appeal to him to join their movie.
