Chapter 3 ofNevastarts with Alba riding her spirit wolf through the snowy mountains. It’s winter now, and your young wolf pup is not so little anymore, coming a long way from when you had tofeed and protect her. Now, she is entirely a part of you, fighting in complete sync with each swing of your sword.
Chapter 3 is the most significant section of the game, and it also holds a ton of secrets for players to uncover. Hidden Flowers are the game’s main collectible, and plenty can be found in this chapter. We’ve compiled the location of each, so players don’t miss out on any of them.
All Hidden Flower Locations in Neva Chapter 3
There are a total of 13 Hidden Flowers that players can find in Chapter 3 ofNeva. Here are their exact locations:
Hidden Flower #1
The first Hidden Flower comes up shortly in Chapter 3. As you keep moving forward, riding atop Neva, you’ll soon run into a combat encounter. Complete the fight sequence, and you’ll come up to a platforming section. You’ll see the Hidden Flower on top of the center platform.
To reach the Hidden Flower, jump with Neva twice, dismount quickly, and jump again to get to the platforms on the left. From here, double jump and dash to reach the center platform and collect the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #2
Play through the level, and you’ll soon encounter the boss, the Queen, on a bridge. A short cutscene will play out, and you’ll find yourself in front of a totem at the lower levels. Mount Neva starts heading towards the left.
After a while, you’ll notice a climbable white flower wall above you. Jump from Neva and dismount to reach it. Climb up the wall, and from here, jump, dash, and jump again to get to the second climbable wall. Climb to the top to claim your second Hidden Flower for the Chapter.
Hidden Flower #3
The third Hidden Flower comes soon after the second as you keep moving further left. You’ll soon see the Flower inside a tower with Climbable Walls on the outside. Grab the white flower wall and climb to the top. This will initiate a combat encounter. Finish the fight and use the white flowers to climb down. You’ll now see a new platform to collect the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #4
Keep playing through the level until you activate the first part of the totem. You’ll encounter a new type of puzzle where you have to break square rocks using tackle. This will come in handy for collecting the next Hidden Flower.
You’ll eventually arrive at a room where a rock falls with an enemy inside it. You’ll also notice the Hidden Flower on the top right platform. To reach the Flower, you must get to the climbable white flower wall on the left. Walk to the raised platform on the right and jump on top of the breakable rock to reach it.
While holding on to the wall, use the tackle ability to break the rock. This will cause another rock to reappear. Climb to the top, jump onto the rock, and cross over to pick up the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #5
As you keep playing, you’ll eventually return to the totem. This time, take the path to the right. You’ll see the fifth Hidden Flower soon after a combat encounter. Jump to the platform and use the climbable white flower wall to reach the top. Drop down, dash, and jump to reach the platform with the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #6
The sixth Hidden Flower in the Chapter is easy to miss if you’re not careful. It comes shortly after the last one. If you notice broken pillars in the background, a climbable wall on the top of your screen, and a faint glow of the Flower, you’ve come to the right place.
To get to the Flower, you’ll have to run forward a bit and use the slanted pillars to reach a climbable white flower wall. Climb to the top to complete another combat sequence to reveal a climbable wall on the left. Use it to access the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #7
Start heading to the right from the location of the last Hidden Flower. The next section of the game will introduce a new puzzle where you’ll have to look at your reflection in a mirror to reveal the platforms you’ll need to progress. Keep progressing to the point when you activate the second part of the totem.
Take the climbable wall and jump to the platform with the Lotus. From here, jump to the next climbable wall and go up. Look at the reflection to see the platform location and use it to reach the upper level. You’ll find the Hidden Flower a short way down the corridor.
Hidden Flower #8
Play through the level, and you’ll eventually make your way back to the totem. Activate it and climb up the platforms. You’ll then run into a new platforming element that resembles masks floating in the air. You can hit these floating masks with your sword to get a jump boost. Be careful, though, as touching them can damage the player.
The next Hidden Flower can be found near the second floating bumper you come across. First, hit the bumper to reach the upper platform on the left. From here, jump and strike it again to reach the climbable wall on the right. Climb up, and you’ll see the Hidden Flower sitting on top of a platform you can reach by jumping.
Hidden Flower #9
In Part 2 of the Chapter, you find yourself at the foot of a mountain. Neva is not by your side anymore. Head up the hill and keep moving forward. After the Queen statue, you’ll see three platforms approaching a gong hanging in the middle. Hit the gong to rearrange the platforms.
Jump up to the highest platform, and from there, use double-jump and dash to reach the platform above the gong. From here, you may get the platform on the right. The eighth Hidden Flower is sitting on the platform that comes next.
Hidden Flower #10
The tenth Hidden Flower for the Chapter is a tricky one to get. While playing through the level, you’ll eventually run into a section with three gongs on your screen. You’ll need to hit the gongs in a certain order to reveal the Hidden Flower.
Run in and hit the gong right in front of you to the left. Wait for the pillars to be rearranged. Now hit the gong that’s on your right. From here, jump down to the center of the section and hit the gong on the right again. You’ll see the Hidden Flower on your left, ready for you to pick up.
Hidden Flower #11
After solving the gong puzzle, you’ll end up in another section with two gongs on two sides of the screen. Hitting the gongs rotates the central platform. The Hidden Flower is just above the room; to get to it, you’ll have to solve another puzzle.
Hit the gong on the left once. Double jump and dash to the climbable wall on the lower section of the rotating platform. From here, drop, dash, and jump to reach the gong on the right. Hit the second gong and climb up to the upper level on the left using the climbable wall.
Now, instead of heading left, drop down and hit the gong. Right after hitting the gong, jump up to the climbable wall nearby. From here, jump on top of the rotating platform. Double jump to reach the climbable wall on the right. Use it to climb up, and you’ll see the Hidden Flower on a nearby platform.
Hidden Flower #12
The twelfth Hidden Flower can be seen when you hit the gong in front of the large Queen’s statue a couple of rooms later. The platform rises, and the Flower can be seen on the upper level.
Hit the gong again, and as it’s about to go down, quickly dash to get out of the lift. You can then double jump up the stairs and claim the Hidden Flower.
Hidden Flower #13
The final Hidden Flower for the Chapter comes near the end and is tricky to get. The following video shows how you can get your hands on this one:
Chapter 4 also has a Hidden Flower that you’ll need to collect to get theBlossoming achievement inNeva.Start walking left from the starting point, and you’ll get it eventually.
