There are several games under thePersona 5banner,with the first being released in 2017 for the PlayStation 4.Players take on the role of Joker, who transfers to a new school after falsely being accused of assault and put on probation. While there, he awakens to the power of his Persona alongside other students he meets, and they then become vigilantes known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, who eradicate the malevolent intent within the adults in their lives. The fourth student who joins players on their adventure is Makoto Nijima as Queen.
The figure in question showcases Makoto resting on her Persona, Johanna’s motorcycle form. Fans can use different hands and faces to look like she is holding her mask or wielding a weapon. They can also use a set of hands that make it look like they are resting on the motorcycle’s handle. The Makoto figure even comes on a base featuring the game’s logo with blue flames accenting it, reminding fans ofPersona 5’sincredible art direction. Fans considering purchasing it must account for its size at 42 centimeters in height, 70 centimeters in width, and 43 centimeters in depth. They will also need to account for the figurecosting a staggering $1,500.

Prime 1 Studios has also created a version of the Makoto Nijima figure featuring only her for fans who wish to purchase it at the lower price of $899. Instead of various hands and face pieces withQueen’s equipment fromPersona 5that can be exchanged, this figure has a swappable head featuring Makoto with or without her mask. It also has a base decorated in red and blue accents with thePersona 5logo. However, this figure version does not have the blue flame accents.
Regardless of which figure fans purchase, they both feature Makoto Nijima as Queen and are expected to be released between January and April 2026. Hopefully, the franchise’s next installment will have been released by then, considering that therumoredPersona 6release windowis slated for before the figure’s release.
