A creativePokemonfan has recently shared a compelling reimagining of Weedle, Kakuna, and Beedrill with the community, amazing fans with their work’s quality.Pokemonfan art can come in different styles, such as unofficial Paradox forms or regional variants. In this case, however, the fan used a simple yet amazing redesign, drawing these creatures with a unique art style.

Introduced inthe first generation ofPokemongames, Weedle is a popular Bug/Poison-type critter. Part of the creature’s popularity is due to the fact that it can be found quite easily in the early game, and it achieves its final form quickly. Weedle evolves into the cocoon-inspired Kakuna at Level 7, and then finally into Beedrill at Level 10. Beedril appeared in many other games from different generations, gaining a Mega Evolution, but it never received any official regional variants.

Now, a prolificPokemonfan called necrovvi has shared redesigns of Weedle and its evolutions, reimagining the three critters in stylized ways with vivid yellow, brown, and red colors. The new Beedril also looks very interesting, keeping its bee looks, but gaining several red dots all over its body, as well as different claws. ThesePokemondesigns also come with alternative blue shiny variants. The new fan art was praised by thePokemoncommunity, obtaining over 1,100 upvotes, with fans loving how aggressive both the little Weedle and Kakuna looked.
