While some Pokemon can be obtained via thePokemon GOHalloween Timed Research, others are exclusive to the Costume Party Premium Timed Research. These acquisition methods are only for Part 1 of the event, and players will likely be able to get them through a few more methods during thesecond part of the Halloween event inPokemon GO.
