Spend 10 minutes out on Toluca Lake.
After defeating Eddie, head into the row boat and sit in the water for 10 minutes by leaving the controller alone.
Glimmer of Hope
Reach the Lakeview Hotel.
While in the boat, head towards the light in the sky to automatically enter Lakeview Hotel’s grounds.
It’s Bread
Interact with bread.
In the Employee Section of Lakeview Hotel, players can enter the Kitchen and find a tray of bread that must be interacted with.

Destroy what you don’t need.
This trophy will automatically pop once players defeat the two Pyramid Heads after the Lakeview Hotel chapter.

This trophy automatically unlocks after defeating the final boss, Maria, after the Lakeview Hotel chapter.

Shoot enemies in the knee to make them stumble, where James can swing his melee weapon at them to send them to the ground. Now just stomp on them with the melee button to finish them.

Kill 75 enemies with ranged weapons.
With countless enemies inSilent Hill 2, players will easily get this achievement just by killing every Bubble Head Nurse, Lying Figure, and Mannequin they see.

Kill 75 enemies with melee weapons.

Try to open locked doors 50 times.
There are hundreds of doors in the town of Silent Hill, so just approach them repeatedly to allow James to check if they are locked.

Destroy 50 windows.
There are hundreds of windows across the town of Silent Hill, so every time you see one, give it a hit with a melee weapon.
Making Peace
Reach the “Leave” ending.
Stay fully healed, listen to Mary’s narration after the two Pryamind Heads boss fight, and ignore Maria and Angela’s Knife, then defeat the final boss.
