Summary
A cleverDestiny 2player turned their Hunter into the popular Marvel character Spider-Man Noir using various armor pieces and ornaments. Despite being a first-person shooter game, a big part of the fun inDestiny 2lies in creating fun outfits and builds that reference other franchises.
Spider-Mancharacters are ever famous and with theSpider-Noirlive-action series on its way, the superhero has experienced a rise in popularity. Spider-Man Noir, otherwise known as Peter B. Parker, lives as an investigator from New York during the 1930s. His superhero outfit differs from the classic red and blue scheme, and he instead wears a fedora, dark clothes, and sometimes a long black coat. Outside of movies and TV shows, the Spider-Man Noir suit has also appeared in theMarvel’s Spider-Manvideo game series. However, oneDestiny 2fan decided that Spider-Man Noir would fit well in the Bungie title as well.
Reddit user iixVanquishxX shared their Hunter fully armored in a Spider-Man Noir suit. The ingenious player used a combination of gear and ornaments to achieve a look that greatly resembles the Marvel character. Among the pieces they used are the Casque fromDestiny 2’s Veteran Legend armor set, a Plaguebreaker Cape, a Starfarer’s Vest, and an Eight-Thousander leg armor. iixVanquishxX also added a Plague Doctor hat to mimic a fedora. Under the user’s post, manyDestiny 2fans complimented their Spider-Man Noir look and gave them “Best Dressed” Commendations.
Destiny 2 Player Turns their Hunter into Spider-Man Noir
Interestingly enough, unlike Peter Parker and Miles Morales, Spider-Man Noir is not reluctant to shoot his enemies with a pistol. So aDestiny 2version of the hero may be just the right fit. iixVanquishxX has previously shared other Marvel-inspired outfits, like when theirDestiny 2Hunter became Scarlet Spider. They often include the armor they use for their creations so that otherDestiny 2fans can recreate them with ease.
An exciting season is underway for players asDestiny 2’s annual Festival of the Lost eventlaunches on October 29. The Halloween event is adding new weapons like the Arcan Embrace shotgun and more. The Superblack shader is also making a comeback and will be obtainable by completing challenges. Players who wish to recreate their own Spider-Man Noir outfit inDestiny 2should try to get their hands on the Superblack shader, as this is what user iixVanquishxX used to achieve such a distinct black look.
