The update outlined that a new team has taken overSporeand that an official Discord has been created for the community. As of now, two community managers, RogueLyeshal (Rogue) and Reiliyn (Rei) are currently heading up all the community efforts by the team. WithSporebeing one of the few fun 2000’s simulation gamesthat still has an active audience, players may see these community managers making their way around variousSporecommunities.

Spore Fans Flock to New Official Discord Server

Alongside announcing that a new team is taking over the development ofSpore, the game has an official Discord server now. This server will give players a place to read updates from the development team, participate in contests, meet other fans of the game, and discuss all thingsSpore. Although this news doesn’t bring about any changes or new content to the game, it still managed to revive the community with a shimmer of hope for future updates to the game. In the meantime, players can still enjoycreating all sorts of creatures in their own worlds withinSpore.
