Timon prides himself on the changes that happened to Simba from when he was a small cub to the moment the Lion became a leader inDisney Dreamlight Valley. The Meerkat admits that he guided Simba to become a great leader, which is why Timon came up with the Timon Talk idea.
Players must complete a few requirements to unlock the thirdFriendship quest for Timon inDisney Dreamlight Valley. There are a lot of characters involved in The Timon Talk quest, and you need to unlock them before attempting to complete it.
How To Trigger The Timon Talk Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
The first step to trigger The Timon Talk quest is tolevel up Pumbaa to Friendship level fourandcomplete his first two Friendship quests. Second, ensure thatAnna, Elsa, Donald Duck, Ariel, and Moana are availablein the valley. Finally,reach Friendship level sevenwith Timon to start the quest.
Collect some materials and then take a picture of Timon to craft a couple of Timon’s billboards. The materials are:
Place the four billboards in Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, Sunlit Plateau, and Dazzle Beach. Talk with Simba and invite him to watch The Timon Talk, then head to Pride Rock to witness Timon giving an inspirational speech. Sadly, the crowd wasn’t convinced by The Timon Talk, so the Meerkat sends you on a mission.
How To Complete The Timon Talk Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Since Simba grew up eating ‘healthy’ food, Timon suggests collecting some specific ingredients and cookingweird recipes inDisney Dreamlight Valley. The ingredients are:
CookGlowing Purple SaladandUnfortunate-Fish Soupand then give the dishes to Elsa and Anna to try. The sisters don’t sense any leadership from the dishes, which troubles Timon further.
Next, he sends Dreamers back into the Lion King Realm to catch some fireflies and show them to Moana, as Timon and Simba stargazed before the latter became a leader. Alas, Moana also senses no leadership from the fireflies, making the Meerkat more troubled.
As a final attempt, Timon asks players to help Donald Duck win against his uncle bylocating the treasure first using the map. In the Dazzle Beach Biome, there are three red marks on the map; the first one is near the Glade of Trust entrance, the second is across the Cursed Cave entrance, and the final one is on a small island where Ariel was found. Use the boat near the skull island to reach Ariel’s island. All three chests contain different types of gems.
Donald reveals he feels no urge to become a leader after locating all the treasure chests, which makes Timon fall into self-doubt. He tells you to talk with Simba and Pumbaa and asks for their opinion. Pumbaa reveals that Timon is a great friend and Simba says that the Meerkat never left his side, no matter what hardship he faced. Upon knowing his great qualities, Timon decides to host another Timon Talk using a different approach, thus ending the quest.
