Thrilljoy is a new company founded byformer Funko Chief Executive Officer Brian Mariotti, who left the famous collectible manufacturer in September 2023, following a 20-year stint at the group. Come June 2024, he co-founded Thrilljoy with Eric Peng Cheng, the CEO of apparel brand Undefeated, and Dolly Ahluwalia, another Funko veteran who served in various senior leadership roles at the company over a six-year period ending in late 2023.

Limited-Edition Thrilljoy Skeletor PIX Figures Coming Soon

Thrilljoy today announced three flagship product families meant to serve as the basis of its business, including the PIX line of figures. Game Rant can now exclusively reveal one of the upcoming products from this lineup, the Skeletor PIX, based on the villain from the original1983He-Man and The Masters of the Universe. The collectible will come in three variants, the rarest of which is the Skeletor PIX Ultra Limited, of which only 24 pieces will be manufactured. The standard Limited Edition of the figurine, whose packaging is marked with a purple stamp, will have a production run of 6,000 units. There’s also the Chase Limited Edition, whose availability details haven’t been shared yet.

All three rarity levels of the Skeletor PIX will come in a spacious box boasting some eye-catching artwork of Snake Mountain. Thrilljoy says this pack has been designed with the aim of recognizing the “significance of preserving packaging integrity,” allowingMasters of the Universefansto appreciate their purchase from both outside and inside the box. The newly revealed figures will retail at $50, but still don’t have concrete release dates attached to them.

Thrilljoy’s newly announced offerings will hence soon add to the ever-growing selection ofMasters of the Universecollectibles. Fans interested in these products will be able to see them in person at the 2024 edition of the New York Comic Con, which will run between October 17 and 20. Thrilljoy will be at NYCC in booth #1023.
