With the massive world ofThrone and Liberty, players can often find themselves overwhelmed by where certain areas are and how to even get there. It goes beyond areas just relegated to the main quest, as there are countless places that can be traveled to as part of side content or endgame activities. Thisincludes the Saurodoma Island, which serves as the final area of the game at launch (though there are still many more locations to come to match the Korean version).
With it serving as the final area of sorts for players to travel to,getting to Saurodoma Island is tricky. It not only requires a person to be ata high enough levelto survive the area but also for the server they play on to reach a certain point. To better understand how this works, here is a guide on how players can unlock Saurodoma Island when they have reached the end of the game.
How To Unlock Saurodoma Island
The first thing that must happen for Saurodoma Island to unlock is for a player’s server to have completed the Ruler of Lycan Milestone from the game’s fourth chapter,Frenzy of Wraiths.
Milestones are unlocked after certain amounts of hours once the server goes live. At first, these will be every few hours before moving into the realm of every 12 hours. At the time of writing, Saurodoma Island is available onany launch day and early access servers.
People can check the status of certain milestones on their server by going to the game’s menu andselecting the Milestone section. Here, players can see the progress of their server and how much further they have to go to complete the one they’re looking for.
Specifically, for Saurodoma Island, the Ruler of Lycan Milestone isthe sixth one in the fourth chapter’s section. So it will take some time to reach; players just need to have some patience to get there. Once that milestone has been unlocked, the massive flying whale, the Gigantrite, will adjust its flight path to now head south to the island.
How To Reach Saurodoma Island
To reach the island, players simply need tohitch a ride with the Gigantriteby gliding onto the monster from a high vantage point.
Once the Gigantrite has reached the island, players can glide down to the landand activate the waypoint. When that has been activated, players can now fast-travel to this spot whenever they want.
People can also swim to Saurodoma Island if they want, though this is far more time-consuming than hitching a ride on the Gigantrite. Specifically, heading out from Daybreak Shoresis a great spot for anyone looking to make the length swim over.
Players shouldbe at least at Level 50before heading to Saurodoma Island, as it featuresseveral 50+ Dungeonsand enemies. It’s not an area that they can travel to at any point in the game; there is a reason that it is the last area to unlock for the server.
