Right after using the wooden plank for the first time, head into the building you enter from the back and open the drawer.

After making it through the basement of a house, head back to the ground floor. From here, you’ll need to go to the upper floor of the house and into the room on the left. Once there, open the drawer.
Lake House
The Black Labs
Found in the briefcaselocated in a cabin next to the BBQ party. The code is481.
The Campsite
Omar the Otter Prerecorded Announcements
Right as you enter the Campsite area, go up the porch of the first house and look over the table.
Cave Sounds Recording
At the end of the Campsite, you’ll enter the mines. Keep moving forward and turn left to grab the tape on a sack.
The Trainwreck

In the locked briefcase inside a shack over a wooden bridge. On the path that was blocked by the wooden plank. The code is369.
Post-Rock Madness
From the previous mixtape location, go to the opposite direction of the shack to find the tape on a wooden box.
Agatha Grant Monologue
Once you go through the second train car, head into another car in the open area where the monster is patrolling to find the tape on a seat.
Purr Purr Heaven
After going through the train car mentioned previously, you’ll see another one accessible in front. Before entering the next train car, head left under the hurdles and climb on a platform to find the next mixtape.
Grungy Cat
After the cutscene when the train falls, check behind the bar.
The Pump Station
Relaxing Sounds
Inside the room, in the sewers section, reachable by placing a wooden plank. After that, access the room by climbing through the broken window.
