WhileWuthering Waveshas already announced plans to release characters like Camellya and Lumi, recent leaks suggest that the game will soon add special cosmetics for some well-known characters.
A recentleak from StepLeaksshares that both five-star Jinhsi and four-star Sanhua will get new skins in forthcoming updates. According to the leak, Jinhsi’s skin features pink and red as the main colors, with some flower patterns on her new outfit. Players can look forward to Jinhsi’s skin adding a new pink flower effect to her attacks instead of her usual white and gold effects. Per the leak, Jinhsi’s skin will be available in Version 2.0. Meanwhile,another leakfrom the same source reveals that Sanhua’s skin removes her hat and gives her a mask based on the mythological being Yaksha. PreviousWuthering WavesVersion 1.4 rumorssuggested that Sanhua’s skin might be available in the next update, which is set for release around mid-November.

It’s unclear whether the rumored skins will be available for free or if players will have to purchase them. Since Jinhsi is a limited five-star character and not every player may have snagged her, her skin could be a paid cosmetic. However, Sanhua is one ofWuthering Waves' permanently free characters, so most players have likely added her to their roster. Since Kuro Games has gifted players some great rewards before, including the five-star unit Xiangli Yao, there is a chance that Sanhua’s skin could be easy to obtain too.
