After reaching the second floor of Brookhaven Hospital through the elevator, you will find aNurses Station with a Keypad. Ignore this for now, as the code is not accessible now. Head right of theDirector’s Officeand go up the stairs to reach 3F, where you must break the window and enterExam Room 5. Pick up the1F Inner Ward Keyfrom the desk and head inside theX-Ray Roomto find theRadiograph of a Pelvisand the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle. This puzzle needs four Radiographs, so your next step is to find the last Radiograph.

Go to the1F Inner Wardand head left to the Pantry. Inside the Pantry is theMold Remover,which you must pick up.
There are multipleBubble Head Nurseshere that you should take out first to loot the rooms without any disturbances.
Head to thePharmacyby squeezing through the gap in theDayroomand head into theGarden. Deal with the roamingLying Figuresand head into thePoolarea. The double doors at the end of the Pool allow you to reach theDirector’s Office, where you can find theKeypad Combination Noteon the board. Return to the Nurses Station and enter the code3578(Light and Standard Mode) or7456(Hard Mode). Inside the Station, you can open the door to theTreatment Room, where you can find aMoldy Radiographinside the tub.
Combine the Modly Radiograph and Mold Remover to get theCleaned Up Radiograph. Return to the X-Ray Room, and you may solve the puzzle. You need to place all the Radiographs and move and rotate them to match the markings. This will reveal the numbers4,37,and12.
