Xbox Insiders Update Applies Helpful Fix to Game and App Updates

Xbox is still working on known issues from theprevious Xbox console updates, as the company’s engineers require more time to develop and implement fixes. These known issues include friend request notifications showing up when someone adds the user as a favorite or shares their real name, and Xbox 360 friends appearing in both friends and following lists if they are added as favorites.

It’s unclear when exactly all Xbox gamers will receive the latest console update, but the update is expected to fully roll out before the end of the month. On average, Xbox consoles receive one major update per month, with the last update having been released on September 25 for all users.
