First revealed in one ofGenshin Impact’s Natlanteasers, Xilonen is now a playable character, and she’s one cool cat. Sporting a fashionable pair of rollerskates, an iconic outfit, and some mad skills as a DJ, Xilonen is a fantastic character that many will hope to add to their teams. A Geo sword character, she joinsAlbedoandChiorifor weapon and element combination.
Hailing from Natlan’s Nanatzcayan tribe, also known as the Children of Echoes.Kachinais a character most people will be familiar with, coming from the same tribe.
Players hoping to ascend Xilonen and level up her talents will need quite a few materials, most of which are found in Natlan. This guide will outline all of these materials for Xilonen’s ascension and talent improvements, and how to get them.

Gemstones - Where to Find Prithiva Topaz
The Geo gemstone is Prithiva Topaz, and is used byall Geo charactersin their ascension. It can be found in a number of ways, but the easiest way to obtain large quantities of it is by defeating certain bosses. These are the bosses capable of dropping Prithiva Topaz:

Local Specialty - Where to Find Brilliant Chrysanthemum
Xilonen is the first released character to useBrilliant Chrysanthemum, which is a beautiful pink-orange flower that’s found only in Natlan.
Many of these flowers can be harvested from around the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, in the lower part where the swampy moat-like river is, circling the stadium. There are also a handful of them on Huitztli Hill, including the northernmost section around a handful of enemy camps.

Boss Drop - How to Get Gold-Inscribed Secret Source Core
Xilonen uses an item called Gold-Inscribed Secret Source Core, and it comes from a boss called Secret Source Automaton: Configuration Device. This boss can be found near the People of the Springs, under the water. The cave it resides in can be accessed by jumping down a crevice east of the main settlement.
Enemy Drop - Where to Find Sauroform Tribal Warrior Whistles
Like Kachina before her, Xilonen uses the common items dropped by Sauroform Tribal Warriors in both her ascensions and talent upgrades. These whistles come in three qualities, with higher-level enemies capable of dropping higher-quality items.

Xilonen Talent Materials
It’s not known why, but Xilonen strangely uses a trounce material from the Scaramouche boss fight. Regardless, she’ll need a handful of Mirrors of Mushin to upgrade her talents, as well as a few other items outlined here. For a text-only version of Xilonen’s talent materials, click here.

Talent Books - Kindling
The talent series Xilonen uses is the Kindling books. These are found in Natlan’s Blazing Ruins domain on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Trounce Materials - Mirror of Mushin
Ignoring how strange it is, Xilonen’s trounce material is the Mirror of Mushin, dropped by the Scaramouche boss fight, also known as Joururi Workshop. This trounce domain, found in Sumeru, can be unlocked by completing Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises in the Sumeru Archon Quest (Chapter III, Act V).
