Genshin Impactseems very careful with powercreeping. This is why Bennettremains an S-Tier unit, despite being available from version 1.0. Of course, it’s a good thing since the community doesn’t want a character they raise with love and care to be replaced easily with someone with “bigger numbers.”
Xilonen easily paves her path to being one of the best supports in the game, but still not to the point of powercreeping anyone. In fact, one may say that she’s about as strong as Kazuha. However, when paired with the rightXilonen build inGenshin Impact, her performance rises notably, mostly because of thenew Natlan mechanics.
Xilonen Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
For support Xilonen,Scroll of the Hero of Cinder Cityis the absolute best option.
Although highly unlikely, players with spareArchaic Petracan also use it on Xilonen, as she can effectively fulfill Archaic Petra’s four-piece requirements. This is thanks to her mechanics where sheneeds to be paired with Pyro/Electro/Cryo/Hydro Elementsand must hit the enemy a few times before her buff activates, increasing the chance of her creating an Elemental Shard and picking them up.
As for the main stat, players can go through several routes:
Meanwhile, DPS Xilonen goes through the typicalDEF/Geo DMG Bonus/Critical Rate or DMGsetup, although the Goblet can also be DEF. The difference isn’t high, so players should choose the one with the better sub-stat.
DPS Xilonen works best withObsidian Codex. If the team includes Furina, thenMarechaussee Hunteris also highly viable. Temporarily, players can also use the old Artifact set,Husk of Opulent Dreamsuntil Obsidian Codex becomes available.

The best weapon for both support and DPS Xilonen is her signature weapon,Peak Patrol Song. For support Xilonen, you can also use swords that give DEF likeFlute of Expitzal, aforgeable weapon in Natlan inGenshin Impact, orCinnabar Spindle, an event-exclusive equipment from version 2.3. New players can also opt forTraveler’s Handy Swordto temporarily boost their Xilonen.

For DPS Xilonen,Chiori’s signature weapon inGenshin Impact,Uraku Misugiri, is the second-best option. Other Critical Rate or DMG stat-sticks likeHaran Geppaku Futsu,Light of Foliar Incision,Mistsplitter Reforged,The Black Sword, andWolf-Fangare also great. Surprisingly, R5Harbinger of Dawnpotentially outperformed Haran Geppaku Futsu if players can maintain its passive at 100% uptime.
